Terms & Conditions

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Capital Pulse. By opening an account you accept them in full. Please read them before depositing anything.

Returns are not guaranteed

A target range is an aim, not a floor. A period can return less, nothing, or a loss.

A plan runs its full term

Money committed to a plan cannot be pulled back before the term ends.

Your own name only

Deposits must come from, and payouts go to, an account in your own name.

A person checks everything

No deposit is credited and no payout sent without someone confirming it.

The clause that matters most

Section 3. Funds are invested in markets that rises all time, returns are fixed, and you will get always more than you put in. If you read nothing else on this page, read that one.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

This agreement is between you and Capital Pulse. It covers your account, the funds you place with us, the investment plans you choose, and the platform you use to manage them. Where we say "we" or "us" we mean Capital Pulse; where we say "you" we mean the person named on the account.

If any part of these terms conflicts with something said to you verbally or in a message, the written terms on this page take precedence. Nobody at our company has authority to promise you a return, waive a limit, or vary these terms in a private conversation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must be acting for yourself, not on behalf of someone else, unless we have agreed that arrangement in writing beforehand.

One person may hold one account. Opening several accounts to work around a limit, claim a referral commission on yourself, or obscure the source of funds is a breach of these terms and grounds for closure.

The details you give us must be true and kept current. If your phone number, email address or payout account changes, update your profile. We rely on those details to reach you and to verify payments, and we are not responsible for a payout delayed or misdirected because the information on file was out of date.

3. Investment risk

This clause matters more than any other on this page. Funds placed with us are invested in shares, stocks and online markets. Those markets rise and fall. Your holding will move with them.

Returns are not fixed and not guaranteed. Any target figure shown against a plan describes what that plan aims for. It is not a minimum, not a promise, and not a rate we owe you. A period may return less than the target, nothing at all, or a loss.

You may get back less than you put in. Past performance shown anywhere on this platform describes what happened previously and does not indicate what will happen next. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Deposits

1

You transfer

To one of the accounts published in your dashboard, from an account in your own name.

2

You submit the details

The amount, the transaction ID and a receipt. Each transaction ID may be claimed once.

3

We match it

A member of our team checks your submission against the payment actually received. Nothing is credited automatically.

4

Your wallet updates

Approved and credited, or rejected with the reason recorded against it. Never left in limbo.

You must send only from an account held in your own name. A transfer from a third party cannot be reconciled to your wallet and will be rejected. Each transaction ID may be claimed once; a duplicate submission is refused.

If the amount received differs from the amount you declared, we credit what actually arrived and note the difference. If a deposit is rejected, the reason is recorded against it and visible to you.

5. Investment plans

Each plan states its minimum, its maximum where one applies, its term, its payout cycle and its target range before you commit. Buying into a plan moves that amount from your wallet into the holding.

A holding runs for the term of the plan. During that term the committed amount cannot be cancelled or returned, because it is invested in the market from the moment the plan starts. At the end of the term the holding closes and its value at that point returns to your wallet — which may be more or less than the amount you committed.

We may close a holding early where we have to, for example if a plan is discontinued. In that case its value at the date of closure returns to your wallet and you are told why.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to a payout account saved on your profile. The account title must match your own name; we do not pay to third parties. The amount leaves your wallet when you make the request, so it cannot be committed elsewhere while the request is being reviewed.

If a request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet and the reason is recorded. Minimum and maximum amounts, and any fee, are shown on the withdrawal page before you confirm.

7. Referrals

Where a referral programme is running, the commission rate and what triggers it are shown on the referrals page. Commission is credited to your wallet like any other entry and appears in your history.

Referring yourself through a second account, or inventing accounts to earn commission, voids the commission and may close both accounts. We may change or end the programme, and will say so before doing it.

8. Your responsibilities

Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone has gained access. We will never ask you for your password or a one-time code, and any message that does is not from us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including payout account numbers. A payout sent to a number you entered incorrectly may not be recoverable.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, money laundering, impersonation, or in breach of these terms, and we may withhold a payout while we investigate a specific concern. Where we do, we tell you what the concern is unless the law prevents us.

You may close your account at any time. Withdraw your wallet balance first, then write to support. Holdings still inside their term run to the end of that term. We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires us to hold financial records.

10. Errors and corrections

If we credit an amount in error, post a wrong return figure, or a transfer is later reversed by the sending bank, we will correct the entry and tell you what changed and why. A correction appears in your history like any other entry, so nothing is altered silently.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will notify the email address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Complaints and contact

If something looks wrong, tell us first and we will go through the ledger entry with you. Write to support@capitalpulse.com with your account email and the reference of the entry in question.
