Before you write in
Including these details in your first message saves a round trip and usually gets the matter closed the same day:
- For a deposit — the transaction ID, the amount, and the account you sent from.
- For a withdrawal — the date you requested it and which payout account it was going to.
- For a plan or a return figure — the plan name and the period you are asking about.
- For anything else — the email address on your account.
How quickly we reply
Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm PKT. Messages sent during those hours are usually answered the same day, and always within one working day. Messages sent late at night or on a Sunday are picked up the next working morning.
Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed by a person, so they follow the same hours. A deposit submitted at two in the morning will not be credited until someone is at their desk to check it against the incoming payment. This is deliberate — the alternative is crediting money nobody has verified arrived.
Things you can fix yourself
Forgotten password. Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. A reset link goes to the address on your account. Check your spam folder before writing to us — that is where it usually is.
Deposit not showing. Open the Deposit page and look at the status against your request. Pending means it is in the queue. Rejected means there is a note explaining why, which is usually enough to sort it out without contacting anyone.
Changing where withdrawals go. Add a payout account under Withdraw and mark it as the default. You can keep up to three on file and switch between them.
Wrong personal details. Name, phone number, address and profile photo are all editable under My Profile.
Staying safe
Nobody from our team will ever ask for your password, a one-time code, or remote access to your device. We only write from support@capitalpulse.com. If a message asks for any of those, it is not from us — do not reply, and forward it to us so we can warn other members.
Be wary of anyone promising guaranteed returns in our name, offering to invest on your behalf, or asking you to send money to a personal account that is not published in your dashboard. The only accounts we accept deposits into are the ones listed on the Deposit page, and they can change, so check the page each time rather than reusing an old number.
Understanding your dashboard
A lot of questions turn out to be about reading the numbers rather than a problem with them, so it is worth explaining what each figure means.
Wallet balance. Money that is yours to move right now. It can be withdrawn or committed to a plan. It does not include anything currently inside a holding.
Portfolio value. What your open holdings are worth today, after every return posted against them. This figure moves whenever a period is posted, up or down.
Invested. The total you originally committed to your open plans. Comparing it with portfolio value tells you whether you are ahead or behind overall.
Today, last three days, this month, overall. Net profit across those windows, meaning gains minus losses. A negative figure in red is not an error; it is a period where the underlying investments fell.
If a figure looks wrong, open Transactions. Every entry has a date, an amount and the balance that resulted, so the arithmetic can be followed step by step. Nine times out of ten the answer is visible there without needing us at all.
Reporting a problem
If something on the site is broken rather than confusing — a button that does nothing, a page that will not load, a figure that clearly does not add up — please tell us and say what you were doing when it happened. Which page, which button, and what you expected to see instead. If you can attach a screenshot, that usually saves a great deal of back and forth.
It also helps to mention the device and browser, because a problem that appears only on one phone or one browser version is a very different investigation from one affecting everybody. We would rather hear about something small than have members quietly working around it.
If you are worried about your money
Say so directly and we will treat it as urgent. Worries about money deserve a straight answer quickly, not a queue. Tell us what has happened and what you are afraid of, and we will look at your account and tell you plainly what we find, including if the news is not what you hoped.
If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, change your password immediately and then contact us. Do not wait to hear back first — changing the password is the thing that stops further access, and we can investigate afterwards.
And if you are having second thoughts about investing at all, that is a fair thing to raise. We would rather answer honestly than have someone commit money they are not comfortable committing.
Getting the most from the platform
A few habits make everything smoother. Keep the receipt for every transfer you make, at least until the deposit shows as approved — it is the single fastest way to resolve a payment that has not landed. Check the Deposit page each time rather than reusing an account number you saved earlier, because accounts are added and retired as limits fill up.
Save your payout account before you need it, not on the day you want the money. Read the term on a plan before committing, since that is the one thing that cannot be undone afterwards. And keep the email address on your account working, because every confirmation and reset link goes there.
Common questions
Deposits
How do I add funds to my account?
Go to Deposit in your dashboard, choose a payment method, send the money to the account shown, then enter the transaction ID and attach your receipt. Your wallet updates once our team confirms the transfer.
How long does a deposit take to appear?
Deposits are checked by a person, not automatically. Most are confirmed within a few hours during working hours.
My deposit says rejected. What now?
Open Deposit and look at the note under the rejected row — it explains why. The usual reasons are a transaction ID that does not match, an amount different from what arrived, or a transfer sent from an account in someone else's name. Write to us with your receipt and we will sort it.
Can I send money from a friend or family member's account?
No. The sending account has to be in your own name, otherwise we cannot match the transfer to your wallet and the deposit will be rejected.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my money?
Save a payout account under Withdraw, then request an amount. The money leaves your wallet straight away and is sent once the request is reviewed.
Why can I not withdraw the full value of my plan?
Money inside a plan stays there until the term ends. Only your wallet balance can be withdrawn. When a plan closes, its value moves into your wallet and becomes available.
How long does a withdrawal take?
The amount leaves your wallet as soon as you request it, so it cannot be spent twice. Payment is sent once a member of the team has checked the request, usually within one working day.
Can I change the account my withdrawals go to?
Yes. Under Withdraw you can save up to three payout accounts and pick which one is the default. An account cannot be removed while a withdrawal to it is still being reviewed.
