Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Capital Pulse collects, why we collect it, who sees it and how long we keep it. It applies to your account, this website and any message you send us.
1. What we collect
We collect only what the platform needs to work. That falls into four groups.
Details you give us
Name, email, phone, and where you add them your address and ID details. Saved payout accounts hold the title, number and bank.
Money records
Every deposit, withdrawal, plan purchase, posted return and commission, with date, amount and resulting balance.
Documents you upload
Transfer receipts and screenshots attached to a deposit, and a profile photo if you add one.
Technical information
Sign-in sessions, and a one-way hash of your IP if you use the contact form — the hash, never the address itself.
2. Why we collect it
To operate your account and keep your balance accurate. To match an incoming transfer to the right member, which is why a deposit needs a transaction ID and a receipt. To send a withdrawal to the correct account. To answer your questions, and to keep the financial records the law requires us to keep.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not use your information to guess what else to sell you.
3. Receipts and uploaded documents
A deposit receipt usually shows your name, your account number and the amount, so it deserves more care than an ordinary image. Receipts are written to a private area of the server, given an unguessable filename, and served only through a link that checks who is asking.
Only two parties can open a receipt: the member who uploaded it, and our own team while reviewing the deposit. They are never placed in the public media library and are not reachable by guessing an address.
4. Who sees your information
Who can see it
- Our team, limited to those reviewing your deposit or withdrawal
- Payment providers, where a transfer needs the details you gave
- Hosting and email providers, under contract, on our behalf
- Authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose
Who never sees it
- Advertisers or marketing companies
- Data brokers — we do not sell member data at all
- Other members, including whoever referred you
- Anyone with a guessed link to your receipt
5. How long we keep it
Transaction and account records are kept for as long as the law requires financial records to be held, and are then deleted. Deposit receipts are kept alongside the deposit they belong to, because they are the evidence for a credit to your wallet.
Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the matter comes back. You can ask us to delete an old enquiry at any time.
| What we hold | How long |
|---|---|
| Account details | While the account is open, then as long as the law requires |
| Transaction records | As long as financial records must be held |
| Deposit receipts | Alongside the deposit they prove |
| Contact messages | While we deal with them, and a reasonable period after |
| IP addresses | Never stored — only a one-way hash |
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct anything inaccurate. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, and you can withdraw consent to non-essential contact at any time.
Write to support@capitalpulse.com and tell us which of these you want.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and no advertising cookies at all.
Essential
Keep you signed in and protect forms against misuse. The account area cannot work without them.
Referral
Remembers a referral code for thirty days so the right member is credited when you register.
Preference
Remembers your colour theme or a notice you dismissed, for this browser only.
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. Clearing the essential ones signs you out.
8. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form, so nobody here can see yours. Access to member records is limited to staff who need it. Uploaded documents sit outside the public web root and are served through a permission check.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you what happened, what was exposed and what to do about it, rather than hoping you did not notice.
9. Marketing and messages we send
Some emails are part of running your account and cannot be switched off while the account is open. Those are the ones telling you a deposit was approved, a withdrawal was sent or rejected, a password was reset, or that these terms have changed. They are not marketing and you would want them.
Anything promotional is separate. If we ever send news about new plans or offers, every message carries an unsubscribe link and using it stops that category without affecting your account emails. We do not add members to lists they did not ask for, and we do not pass your address to anyone else to email you.
10. Referral information
If you refer someone, we record that they joined through your code so commission can be credited correctly. The person who referred you can see that you joined, when, and what commission it earned them.
They cannot see your balance, your deposits, your holdings, your contact details or anything else about your account. The relationship is visible; the money behind it is not. The same is true in reverse for anyone you refer.
11. Where your information is held
Account records, transaction history and uploaded documents are stored on the servers that run this website, together with routine backups. Where a service provider processes data for us — hosting, email delivery, payment confirmation — they act under contract and only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Backups exist so a failure does not lose your records. That means a deleted item may persist in a backup for a period after removal, until that backup rotates out. We cannot reach into an old backup to erase a single row, but those copies are not used for anything other than restoring the site after a failure.
12. Children
This platform is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete the personal information we hold, keeping only what the law obliges us to retain about any transactions that took place.
13. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will notify the email address on your account. For anything privacy related, write to support@capitalpulse.com.
