Refund Policy
The short version: anything sitting in your wallet is yours to withdraw whenever you like. Anything committed to a plan stays there until that plan's term ends.
Can be withdrawn any time
- Wallet balance not yet placed in a plan
- Profit returned to your wallet when a plan closed
- Referral commission credited to you
- An amount refunded after a correction
Locked until the term ends
- Money you committed to an open plan
- Gains sitting inside a holding, not yet closed
- A plan part-way through its term, even if you change your mind
1. Money in your wallet
Funds credited to your wallet and not yet placed into a plan can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum, maximum and any fee shown on the withdrawal page. There is no waiting period and no penalty. Request it, and once our team has checked the request the money is sent to the payout account saved on your profile.
2. Money placed into a plan
Once you have bought into a plan, that amount is committed for the term of the plan. It cannot be cancelled, reversed or refunded during that period. At the end of the term the holding closes and its value at that moment moves into your wallet — which may be higher than what you committed, and may be lower.
Choose the term carefully
The term is the one decision that cannot be undone afterwards. Pick a length you are comfortable leaving the money for, and never commit money you may need at short notice.
3. Why it works this way
The money does not sit in an account waiting. It is invested in the market as soon as the plan starts. Releasing it early would mean selling positions at whatever price the market happens to give that day, and often at a worse price than a planned exit.
That means there is no fixed sum to hand back — only whatever the position is worth at that moment, which is precisely what you receive at the end of the term anyway. A term also lets the money be invested with a horizon rather than kept liquid for a withdrawal that might never come, and that is what makes a return possible in the first place.
4. Where money can still come back
A locked term does not mean we keep money that was never ours. These four situations all result in a correction to your wallet.
Credited in error
If we credit the wrong amount, or a transfer is reversed by the sending bank, the entry is corrected and a note explains it.
Duplicate transfer
Sent the same payment twice? We trace it against our records and either credit it or return it, whichever you prefer.
Rejected deposit
A rejected deposit was never credited. If money did leave your account, send the receipt and we will investigate.
Plan discontinued
If we withdraw a plan while you hold a position, it closes and its value at that date moves to your wallet.
5. Deposits credited in error
If we credit your wallet with the wrong amount, or a transfer is later reversed by the sending bank, we will correct the entry. The correction appears in your transaction history with a note explaining it, so nothing changes without a record. If a correction leaves your wallet short and money has already been committed to a plan, we will contact you rather than touching the holding.
6. Duplicate or missing transfers
If you sent the same payment twice, or a transfer left your account but never appeared here, write to support@capitalpulse.com with the transaction ID and the receipt. Please allow a little time before chasing: transfers between banks and wallets are not always instant, and a payment that has not arrived yet is far more common than one that has gone missing.
7. Rejected deposits
A rejected deposit was never credited, so there is nothing to refund from us — the money either never arrived or could not be matched to your account. The reason is recorded against the request in your history. The usual causes are a transaction ID that does not match any payment we received, an amount different from the one declared, or a transfer sent from an account in someone else's name.
8. Withdrawal fees
Where a withdrawal fee applies it is shown on the withdrawal page before you confirm, along with the exact amount you will receive after it. Nothing is deducted that you were not shown first.
If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount goes back to your wallet including any fee — you are not charged for a payout that never happened. If a payout fails because the account details you entered were wrong, the amount returns to your wallet and you can correct the details and request it again.
9. How long it takes
1
The correction is made
The credit appears in your wallet immediately and shows in your transaction history the moment it is applied.
2
You request a withdrawal
Getting it from the wallet to your bank is a normal withdrawal and follows the usual review, so allow a working day.
3
A traced transfer
A duplicate payment can take longer, because we may need the sending provider to confirm what happened first. We will tell you where things stand rather than leaving you to chase.
10. Referral commission
Commission credited to your wallet is treated like any other balance: it can be withdrawn or invested. Commission earned through accounts created to game the programme is reversed, and the entry reversing it appears in your history with a note.
11. Closing your account
You can close your account whenever you wish. Withdraw the wallet balance first, then tell us. Holdings still inside their term run to the end of that term — closing an account does not release them early, for the same reason set out in section three. Once the final holding closes and the balance is paid out, the account is closed. Transaction records are retained for the period the law requires financial records to be kept.
12. If you disagree
Contact us first. Every entry has a reference, a date and an amount, and we will go through the relevant one with you line by line. Most disputes turn out to be a timing difference or a transfer that arrived under a different name, and both are straightforward to resolve once we can see the same record you are looking at.
